This book is about a sixth grader named Judson Moon who was playing around with his friend Lane and ran for president. He thought it was a goof but it got serious along the way. sense he had already started he had to make twenty million dollars to get in the election! He thought he could make money by doing a lemonade stand with Lane but he only made a few bucks. A news reporter, named Pete Guerra, put him on T.V and wrote a news paper about a 12 year old boy running for president. A few days later his friend Lane wrote a speech for Judson to read to the WHOLE entire school to hear. A mean boy in the book named Arthur Krantz was just being mean the whole speech. Some kids liked the speech so much they sent him money to help him win! It was a big deal. A few days later it was time to see who would win the election. Sense Judson thought it was a joke, he told a silly speech in front of a REAL audience.Lane was so upset he would not talk to him at all. and when everyone was waiting in an other room, the T.V came on and announced that the winner, out of three people running, of the election is……..
