Facts About The Foxglove

The name of my unusual flower is the Foxglove.  Also it has a scientific name is called the Digitalis Purpurea.  Another name you call a scientific classification is called scrophulariaceae.  The height of this beautiful flower is two to four feet.  Also the wonderful color of the Foxgloves petals is pink or purple.  When the Foxglove starts to bloom it starts in June and goes through September.  Three suggested uses to plant it is shaded areas, wild flower mixes, or waste places.  Last but not least, are some interesting facts like in the package there are 2,875 seeds to use for the Foxglove.  The seeding rate is 1/2 per acre.  Those are facts about the Foxglove.
